You must be 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register and use WR999. Registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
All transactions are processed in PKR or the currency shown in your account cashier. Payment methods are subject to availability. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
All bonuses carry specific wagering requirements, maximum-bet limits during bonus activity, eligible-game restrictions and expiry dates. Misuse of bonuses may result in forfeiture and account review.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and WR999 (hereinafter "WR999", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the WR999 website at wr999.cam, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions and tools made available through the platform.
By creating an account, depositing funds, claiming a bonus or placing any bet or wager on WR999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
Important Notice for Pakistani Users: Online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and associated provincial legislation. To be eligible to open and maintain an account on WR999, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. WR999 operates a strict adults-only policy. Users who are found to be under the minimum age will have their accounts closed immediately, all deposits returned (minus any withdrawals already processed), and all winnings forfeited.
You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your personal responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your country or region of residence before registering. WR999 does not accept liability for any User accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to a self-exclusion order from any gambling operator or regulatory authority, you must not register for or use this platform.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on WR999. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances, subject to applicable law.
WR999 uses automated and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts, including analysis of device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment method data and behavioural patterns. Detection of a duplicate account will trigger an immediate review.
To use the Services, you must complete the registration process truthfully and accurately. You agree to provide your real name, date of birth, residential address, a valid email address, and a contact number. The provision of false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. WR999 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to be activity conducted by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.
WR999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This typically includes a government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or valid passport), proof of residential address, and — where applicable — proof of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may have their withdrawal capabilities suspended until verification is complete.
At registration, you will select your preferred account currency. For users in Pakistan, PKR is the primary display currency. Once set, the account currency cannot be changed. Where transactions involve currency conversion, the exchange rate applied will be that offered by WR999 at the time of the transaction.
Deposits are processed through the payment methods listed in the WR999 cashier at the time of the transaction. Available methods may include bank transfers and locally familiar options. Method availability is subject to change without prior notice and is governed by each payment provider's own terms and policies. For reference, common payment methods in the Pakistani market include bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), mobile wallet options (Easypaisa, JazzCash) and Raast. The mention of any payment provider does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by that provider, nor does it guarantee that the provider permits use of its services for gambling transactions. Users must verify payment method availability in the live cashier at time of use.
Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the same name as your WR999 account. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where identified.
Withdrawal requests will be processed once: (a) KYC verification is complete; (b) all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met; (c) the withdrawal amount meets the stated minimum; and (d) the account is in good standing with no open disputes or investigations. WR999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timelines. Processing times depend on the operator's internal review procedures and the selected payment provider's own schedule.
WR999 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks. The platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals of significant amounts. Deposits that cannot be matched to verified gambling activity may be subject to review, delay or return. Suspected money laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Chargeback Policy: Initiating a payment chargeback without first contacting WR999 support to resolve the matter constitutes a breach of these Terms. Accounts with active chargeback disputes will be suspended pending resolution. WR999 reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds unlawfully obtained through chargebacks.
All bonuses and promotions offered by WR999 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
WR999 employs monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity; and coordinated exploitation of offers with other parties. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants making their first qualifying deposit. Specific minimum deposit amounts, eligible payment methods, wagering multipliers and expiry periods are stated in the active welcome promotion at the time of registration. WR999 reserves the right to modify welcome offer terms without prior notice.
By placing a bet or playing any game on WR999, you agree to the specific rules applicable to that betting market or game. These rules are accessible from within the relevant game or betting interface. The following general provisions apply to all betting and gaming activity:

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of WR999.
The WR999 name, logo and brand identity are protected trademarks. Any unauthorised use of WR999's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and will be pursued under applicable intellectual property law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WR999 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue or loss of opportunity.
WR999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited. WR999 does not accept liability for your gambling losses.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter where limitation of liability is prohibited by applicable law.

WR999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has: (a) breached any provision of these Terms; (b) engaged in fraudulent activity; (c) provided false registration or KYC information; (d) is under the minimum age; or (e) is accessing the platform in violation of applicable local law.
Where an account is closed by WR999 due to a breach, any bonus balance and winnings derived from bonus activity may be forfeited. Real-money balances (net of any applicable deductions) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, except where the balance is subject to ongoing investigation or legal process.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure unless otherwise agreed.
WR999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address security concerns.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. WR999 operates under its platform operator's applicable license — users should refer to the operator's published licensing information for the specific governing jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you should first contact WR999 customer support to seek informal resolution. WR999 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by the operator's license jurisdiction.
Note for Pakistani Users: These Terms do not constitute a waiver of any rights available to you under Pakistani consumer protection law or other applicable local legislation. Nothing in these Terms is intended to, or shall, override applicable mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
